# Telop > Telop is a manufacturing execution partner based in Asia. A client contracts Telop; > Telop contracts the factories, carries the production risk on its own books, and > answers for the result. One contract, one invoice, one company to hold responsible. Telop sits between design and production. The client defines the requirement — drawings, specifications, materials, intent. Telop translates it into something a factory can price without guessing, contracts the suppliers, stands on the floor during the run, checks the goods against a sealed sample, and ships them in the order the site or the shelf needs. Telop holds no certification of its own. Certificates are held by the plants that produce the goods; before a shipment leaves, Telop matches every certificate to the plant, the lot and the date it covers. Site language: English. Site: https://teloptrading.com/ ## The process — four stages, run on every project 1. **Align** — read the requirement the way a factory will read it, before anyone quotes. Output: a reviewed requirement, a written gap list, and a specification tight enough that a factory has to ask before it changes anything. 2. **Execute** — contract the suppliers against that specification, develop samples until one is sealed, be in the plant when the line switches from sample to production. 3. **Validate** — open the cartons, measure the parts, hold the finish against the approved sample, read the compliance file. Sampling to ISO 2859-1 at an AQL agreed per scope before the line starts. 4. **Deliver** — packing, documents and freight coordinated so goods land together, numbered to install order, with the document set checked before the container closes. ## Which page answers what - https://teloptrading.com/ — what Telop is, where it sits between design and production, the four stages, the seven capability areas, the supplier network, a worked example of an enquiry turning into a quotable specification. - https://teloptrading.com/who-we-support.html — the two audiences and what each gets. For designers, architects and studios: the client stays theirs, the gap list arrives before approval, production is checked against the sealed sample. For brands, owners and procurement: one contract, Telop carries the production risk. - https://teloptrading.com/capabilities.html — the seven capability areas and the six execution services, with Service 01 and Service 06 described in detail. - https://teloptrading.com/process.html — Align, Execute, Validate, Deliver stage by stage; the four checks behind the word "align"; the ten control points run before goods move; who on the team does what. - https://teloptrading.com/about.html — the people, the four locations, the supplier network broken down by region, and the standards and trade infrastructure behind a contract. - https://teloptrading.com/readiness.html — a production readiness check: eight questions on tolerance, finish reference, substitution rule, physical sample, packing, certification, supplier count and schedule float. Answers stay in the visitor's browser. - https://teloptrading.com/contact.html — send a drawing, a spec, a finish schedule or a scope; Telop replies with what is buildable as drawn, what a factory would interpret, and what that interpretation costs. ## Seven capability areas 1. Complex multi-supplier projects — many scopes, many factories, one specification, one schedule, one consolidated shipment. 2. Hospitality and interior production — glazing, cladding, flooring, millwork, sanitary, doors, railings, loose FF&E. 3. Engineering, CNC and molds — injection tooling, machined parts, metalwork, technical assemblies, first-article reports. 4. Product development support — concept, material selection, manufacturability review, sample rounds, sealed sample. 5. Textile and soft goods — bags, apparel, protective equipment, bedding, soft furnishings, technical textiles. 6. Beauty and cosmetic packaging — bottles, jars, caps, pumps, tooling per design, skin- and food-contact approvals. 7. Packaging — structural cartons, printed sleeves, rigid boxes, inserts, drawer boxes, labels. ## Six execution services - Service 01 · Design-to-Production Optimization (flagship) — read the drawing the way the factory will and mark every place it would have to guess: an unstated tolerance, a finish described instead of referenced, a substitution with no rule. - Service 02 · Design Support — work alongside the client's designers while details are resolved, proposing cheaper ways to build where the drawn answer is expensive to make. - Service 03 · Engineering Planning Support — set the production logic before the first supplier is contracted. - Service 04 · Site Visit & Installation Support — measurements taken off the building itself, through the assembly stage. - Service 05 · Production Line & Supplier Coordination — one schedule across every supplier on the job. - Service 06 · Complex Project Management (flagship) — several scopes and several factories on one schedule, owning the joins where two of them have to fit each other. ## Supplier network 315 suppliers, found, qualified and used by Telop, across 75 cities. 290 are in China: Pearl River Delta 158, Yangtze Delta 54, Fujian 24, Shandong 20, Central China 18, North China 16. 25 sit outside China: Vietnam 6, Japan and Korea 5, Taiwan 4, Poland and Czech Republic 4, Israel 3, Middle East 3.
