Tamir Elbaz and Hod Ben Yada knew each other long before Telop existed. They went separate ways. Tamir moved to China, started out in manufacturing and spent the years since in supply chain and logistics. Hod developed products and took them to market, and eventually brought one of them to China to be made.

They met again there, on the ground, and Tamir helped get it produced. In 2014 they founded Telop together. Between them they have sat on both sides of the table: one arriving with a product that had to be made, the other on the side that makes it. That is still how the company reads a job.

The management team runs every order: the two founders, plus quality and logistics, client communication, finance and the office. Behind them sits the project-management, QC, sourcing and logistics team in Foshan. You will know which of them is on your project, because you will be emailing them.

Our supplier file is not a directory we bought. We built it one supplier at a time, and for each we record what they make, where they are, and whether they manufacture or resell. 158 sit inside the Pearl River Delta cluster our Foshan office calls home.
